Rachael is not only highly skilled at her craft, she is also the Queen of hospitality and customer service. She remembers conversations she and I had months ago and she asks about whatever we talked about! I’m quite particular with my cut, and she never makes me feel rushed. She’s warm, professional, and just great at what she does. I was impressed to learn she just hit her 10 year anniversary, I really hope the company did something special to celebrate this exceptional employee! The app experience is frustrating and not client-friendly, but I’ll keep coming back for Rachael!

Emily cut and styled my 8 year olds hair. She did an amazing job and is great with kids. He got the MVP experience and really enjoyed it.
