Sport Clips Haircuts of St. Louis - South City

I’ve been a long time customer and would exclusively get my hair cut here. I would normally pick Magz or April as they’re both fire! They were not available so I gambled on first available. Well, first available was Terrible. First time I’ve ever returned a haircut. Not sure if anyone’s aware of the process to return a haircut, but it’s not that simple. However, I was only 30 minutes post cut. They remembered me. My stylist looked at me and asked if I had a hard part, answer, nope, never. I was asked to have a seat. As 2 workers talked about me, making fun of me as I waited, like I couldn’t hear them, saying how it was my fault because I had crew fiber in my hair. Mind you, it’s the same fiber I purchased for $23 weeks before at this location. I was then called back to get it fixed I was

I tried to call before I left and no one answered so I looked at their website and it shows 3 stylists available with no wait. I then checked in online. So I go and the lady meets me at the door and tells me to wait in my car for 20 minutes. It's negative temperatures outside. If business is down there its no wonder why. Absolutely Horrible!!!!

This is my go-to spot for a haircut. Everyone is also so nice. Today is the first time Jenn G cut my hair, and she did an AWESOME job. Not a single flaw. It looked perfect!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My brother and I both got a terrible haircut. The staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. I can’t believe these girls are allowed to be in the service industry. I won’t be back. Ever.

Jenn G. is the best! Wish I could schedule my appointments in advance, but when in a pinch for day-of service, app and mobile site work well. Scalp massage is always a nice reprieve from a busy day. Love that they keep notes on how I like it cut in the system.
