Awful service, poor execution. Checked in online, still waited 45 minutes in the lobby (expected wait was 10-15 minutes). I get that it was a Friday evening, and it was a busy place, but the service I received was far less than the advertised idea of the place. While in the waiting room you hear the stylists chopping it up with the customers, small talk, sports talk, just a little bit of buzz back there. Sounds cool... But what I got, again on top of a 45 minute lobby wait after checking in online, was not good. Called back, sit down, asked how I want my hair cut, and then just proceeds to cut. No chat, no friendliness towards me, nothing. It isn't my job to talk to you while you cut my hair, you're supposed to make it a friendly environment, and failed. Did I get the stylist's name? Absol

$26 for a neck trim is insanity. I come in once a month for a beard and neck trim, and a beard line-up. It usually isn't any more than $10 or so, and I typically tip 50%. I also bought some beard product that was recommended to me for an extra $12. I was only expecting to pay $20 or so, based of previous visits. What did I pay today? $54. Fifty-four dollars for a beard and neck trim. No cut. Just a trim. Didn't get the line-up, either. I was charged $26 for a "varsity haircut" and it was only a neck trim. I've never had a bad experience at this location until now.

I have brought my son's here for a few years as I am a near by resident. I have learned who to avoid in that time, but it is concerning that all the well trained stylists we like leave very quickly. I assume management/corporate issue. I would like to see another walk in barber shop in the area we could get into quick without an appointment with experienced barbers as we are a pretty busy family come to Spanish Fort.

So my husband and I went to the Sports Clips in Spanish Fort yesterday. He’s been going there for 5 years now and there are certain people there that we allow to cut his hair. Well yesterday Kendal was leaving when we got there, so another girl that must be new and definitely needs a lot more training, because if she messed my husband’s hair up then I’m sure she will mess others people’s hair up as well. We had to go back I. There for the other lady to fix her screw up. All I can say is she will never cut his hair again. And then when I was showing her and the other lady where his hair was messed up she just kept on apologizing instead of listening to me and when I was touching and showing them where it was all gapped up she wouldn’t move her hand .
