The check in feature on the app is very nice. I can see if my preferred stylist is available and exactly when to arrive. Melissa is awesome! She knows exactly how I like my hair and hits a homerun every time.

I echo Jeffrey's concern below. Up until yesterday I've been a regular customer frequenting this location for over 2 years and the same stylist...Fanny. I had also provided them with a 5 star review about a year ago. That being said, since the new manager took over I have noticed two things. 1. The new manager is constantly messing with everyone's schedule making it difficult to consistently work in a haircut, so I rely on the online app to fit it into my busy schedule and minimize time sitting in a chair waiting on a haircut. 2. Which makes number 2 even worse, there has been a disturbing trend where they no longer honor the online check-in line or timing provided by the app I have showed up several times before the time provided on the app only to find my barber placing a new clie
