My son has gotten his hair cut here before in a pinch and it’s usually a pretty decent hair cut. Today, however, he received probably the worst hair cut he’s ever had. Now to be fair, I was not able to take him otherwise I would have inspected his hair before leaving and made them fix whatever I wasn’t happy with. But there is no way the stylist should have let my child walk out of this place with his hair looking the way it does. I sent the person who took my son with a photo of how I wanted his hair cut. A simple child’s hair cut - short on the sides and a little longer on top to style. The hair on top of his head is chopped to pieces, his cowlick is stuck straight up, the hair around his ears is not shaped evenly on both sides, the fade from top to sides is horrible. I doubt I will ever come back. I had just travelled almost two hours prior to my arrival, and there was no one waiting, just one staff member talking with a customer. I was told that my wait would be 90 minutes and that I could not use the bathroom, it was only for employees. I have found Great Clips much better now.

Caitlin did a great job!! Took her time and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! Best haircut and shampoo I’ve had in a very long time! She gave me an outstanding cut!

The young lady in the red braids was amazing with my autistic sons. She was kind and patient while my son was having a meltdown due to sensory issues. She got down on the floor and at different angles to do the best job she could. I’m grateful for compassionate and understanding people like her. I gave her the biggest tip I could.

Never going back. Hair on top is the most uneven cut I've ever gotten especially when I asked for not much off the top. Going to be weeks of just wearing a hat now.
