Mari is seriously great. I usually don't have a "preferred" stylist because my cut is generally pretty easy but Mari is very friendly while also doing a great job with my hair. I've had bad experiences at other locations before but I will definitely be returning to this location as long as she is here.

I have now been waiting for over an hour. Because they screwed up they put people in front of me that did not have an appointment. Bad customer service when they don’t follow their own rules. When you have been “on deck” for over 45 minutes, it is absurd. Sure am glad I purchased the season pass.

Checked in online said 6 min wait. Arrived in store 2 girls on floor. Waited 15-20 minutes. I went to used the restroom before my turn was called, in restroom for maybe 2 minutes and came out they had sat the guy that showed up after me. I told the lady I think I was next and all she said was oh the next girl will take care of you. The next girl still had to clean her station. I would have had to wait another 5 minutes. This was very unprofessional. I am visiting from Houston and never experienced this before at Houston locations. I’m extremely disappointed.

Mari made my birthday so special with the amazing haircut she gave me! She asked me questions to understand what I wanted and left me feeling like a million bucks! Ask for Mari!

Erica cut my hair. I got the MVP, which I strongly recommend, hot towel and washed hair after the cut makes a world of difference, she then massaged my shoulders and did some touching up with the scissors. Finally finished with the moisturizer tea tree and feel fabulous after that cut. Very professional 👏 A+ service and zero wait.
