Sport Clips Haircuts of Shallowford Falls

I hate writing negative reviews but this Sport Clips location is consistently a poor experience and after today's visit I simply will not go back, ever. The wait time is always 2-3 times longer than any of the other local Sport Clips, and then you end up sitting well past the predicted start time for lackluster service. Today, after waiting and extra 10 minutes past my projected start time I only needed a very quick trim on the back of my neck, as I am growing my hair out and didn't want any other parts of my hair cut. I was in the chair for no longer than 5 minutes, including putting the apron on and off. When I checked out I was told I had to pay full price for a haircut because the "scissors touched my hair." This has been one of the best haircuts I have received in a long time. Just the right length. So much care was put into it and I absolutely love it.

Patrice has done an outstanding job for me every time I need a haircut. Not only is she a outstanding hair stylist, she is very personable and kind.

My son likes coming here and is happy with his haircut every time. They listen to him and that's important. 🙂

Absolutely the Worst Experience This salon is a complete disaster when it comes to following their own online check-in system. I checked in through the app well in advance, only to arrive and watch them take several walk-ins and others ahead of me. What’s the point of offering online check-in if you completely ignore it? And when came to haircut, complete disaster. She didn’t understood the cut and completely did the worst. And got reply “Oops”, are you serious? The staff was incredibly rude—zero professionalism, no apology, no explanation. Just attitude. It felt like they had no respect for anyone. If you value your time and expect even the bare minimum level of courtesy and a decent haircut, avoid this place at all costs. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
