Sport Clips Haircuts of Santee

You’re probably wondering how I got here. That’s me in the first photo — before I went to Sports Clips Santee. A full head of hair, properly shaped, living my best life. After my haircut there, I was left looking like something between an egg head, a tomato head, and a cockatoo. The sides were taken far too high and too short, the back was uneven, and the overall shape was butchered instead of structured. I returned to the store and politely asked for a quick correction and a refund. The manager on duty insisted I could either have my hair fixed or receive a refund, not both. I politely asked for a quick correction with refund, they refused. That was unacceptable. By that point, I had already spent over an hour between the initial drive and haircut, followed by another 30 minutes return

Violeta does an amazing job cutting my hair. She is friendly and is very focus on the details in my hair cut. I highly recommend getting a haircut at Sport Clips. All the stylist do an awesome job there!

Today, I initiated a request via the Sport Clips app to see Shantel at 1:54 pm. I received a text confirmation to proceed to the store to enjoy my haircut. When I arrived at the store, my name was not on the board and when I checked in to let the staff know I had arrived, I had to start the process over again. I selected a different Stylist as someone else had booked Shantel since I had arrived to the store. While I was waiting, I watched the name of the person who had reserved Shantel disappear from the Board. I am sure this is exactly what happened to my name, while I was driving to the store. I have been going to Sport Clips for over 10 years and I have never seen this issue before. There is a clear issue with the online check-in process and the way the system communicates to the Board

Experience was not bad, besides being pushy on the MVP, but wow was my hair butchered. Uneven on both sides, more hair on the back right, and this is supposed to be even and faded? Save yourself from having to wear a hat for a while.

I really wanted to try and just let it be but no. Do not go here period. I had my hard part extremely massacred by a girl who clearly had no idea what she was doing and who decided to try to hide it only for me to discover just how bad of a job she had done (gave me the grand canyon of hard parts) once i made it to the parking lot. I now am having to comb my hair the complete opposite way just to cover up the disastrous job until it can grow back. My advice: take your money and go to an actual barbershop and not here.
