Reina took very good care of our 3 year today. She checked in with him consistently to make sure he wasn't scared and reassured him with a lot of positive feedback. She was very patient and kind. Thank you

I wouldn't give a star if that was an option! I have been taking my son here for 2 years. 9:15am I schedule him to see Reina, it said 27 minutes wait, we arrive outside and it said 15 minutes wait, we go inside when it said 7 minute wait and she had taken someone else back and his time got switched back to 27 minutes! I told her I would run then to a store and be back. I go to Pet Food Express right there in the shopping center. Not even 10 minutes they remove us from the lineup and say see stylist. I hurry back to the store and it said on the board 15 minutes so we sit and wait. She finishes with that client and then I look up an his wait time is switched again to 27 minutes and they take someone else in front of my 7yo.... after waiting 1 hour I am obviously not going to sit with my 7yo
