Had a terrible experience with Patricia the Manager of the location. Not only did she not listen to clients need but, gave the most horrendous haircut possible. She was so worried about her bosses doing an in store visit. I have no clue as to how she is a manager when her skills are bad with hair or customer interactions. I had been going to Hesters Crossing for a while before switching to Only Fades and now have to go get the monstrosity fixed. Terrible attitude terrible service from this location.
Krista does a great a job. Very good hair cut and she always has a smile on her face.
