Sport Clips Haircuts of Roswell Corners

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. It says on the app that they close at 8 pm. I walked in at 5:13 pm. I did not get her name but this lady working on October 3rd, greeted me with “You’re walking in here late. We are closing at 6.” When I asked if she could cut my hair since there was 45 minutes to go, she got pissed and waived me to a chair. She rushed the haircut, used the wrong guard and gave me the worst cut I’ve ever had. When I asked for the MVP, she refused it saying “No I’m not doing an MVP. “ This lady was a nightmare in terms of customer service and her ability to cut hair!

This is my favorite place to get a haircut and my stylist Lily does a great job every time!

Mrs. Alicia was great, loved my trim/cut first time in sport clip and I just walked in. Professional service and great conversation.

I go to Sports Clips for my haircuts exclusively. I use their app to make my appointments, my haircut preferences are stored in their system, and I get a high quality experience (haircut, shampoo and neck/shoulder massage). Lily always does a good job, as do the other stylists at this location.

Christiana is a great hair stylist, and the overall shop experience was also great
