Even though she had 27 years of experience, she wasn’t embarrassed to ask her colleague for help to finish a small touch up. Exceptional service. The online check in and update on text on your time until your turn. Mostly, the Richland WA location has a great staff. Very professional and friendly. The shop is always spotless and clean. The staff is very presentable and sharp. Darci the manager is an excellent customer service advocate as well. The entire staff deserves kudos.

I've always been greeted with a smile and a hello when I walk in to get my haircut. I've been getting my haircut there for a while and I've never felt unwelcome. I also love the app gives me a good idea if I'm getting a haircut that day or not by seeing the wait time. I would say it's pretty accurate also.
