Samra did a great job! It was my first time visiting this store, and it definitely won’t be my last. She did an excellent job on my haircut. I’ll definitely be recommending her to family and friends.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’ve had a pleasant experience every time. Samra today took good care of me. Chatty enough while respecting times I did not want to talk. Asking to review while telling your customers the QR code is for a survey is a little scummy. Normally that’d be enough for me to take a couple of stars off but I don’t want that to reflect badly on the hardworking stylists here.

Came in today for a haircut; Samra cut my hair perfectly, very precise work and excellent customer service. Will recommend to anyone I know. 10 out of 10.

Cute location and decor. Service my husband received was nice and the staff were all really sweet to our kids. There was no wait time and he loved his hair. Overall would recommend.

Conzuela at the Richardson, Texas location is the only stylist I let cut my hair, and she’s been doing it now, for years. I’m picky about the way I like my hair cut (a low fade, with longer top, but kind of flat and squared off, too). It’s hard to find someone who pays attention to how I want it cut and then remembers those particulars on return trips. Conzuela did it right the first time and has done it great ever since.
