BethAnn was awesome! I used to go there all of the time until I had a terrible experience with a new employee who gave me a terrible haircut and a terrible experience overall and hadn't been back in a long time. I received a gift certificate for Christmas this year and decided to give them another chance. BethAnn helped win back my business!

AWFUL business... no guest service at all!!!!! There were 2 young girls working and one was very rude to my husband and son from beginning to end. I was actually mad at my husband for giving her a tip. It was their first time going and definitely our last. She had a very bad attitude the moment they walked in, was arguing with my husband and acted like she didn't even want them to be there.The haircut was okay but the sides were totally uneven. I definitely advise others to try somewhere else!!!!

Awful place none of them can cut hair but blake, they are rude and last time I was in there he was alone all day because the other workers never showed up.

Our 14 year old grandson has thick, wavy hair and hasn't been satisfied with past haircuts as far back as he can remember. This time we tried Sport Clips in Queensbury NY. His stylist, Hillary, listened closely to what he was hoping for. As she cut she inquired over and over, making sure she understood what he wanted. The shared the responsibility of the cut as it went along. Hillary's patience was endless. When they were finished, the grandson had a huge grin of satisfaction. On the ride home he was having a blast with his head out the window, styling and re-styling his hair in the breeze. No kidding, this boy is walking on air today because he is completely satisfied with his hair, and so are we! I would give Hillary 10 stars if I could. Well done, Hillary!

Christy bailed me out!! I start a new job on Tuesday and she saved the day as always.. my hair needed some adjustment and in a hurry. She saw what she needed to do and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes!! Love Christy as she seems to be the only one who knows how to cut my hair!! lol!! Sports clips has always done me right is the bottom line!!
