I had a truly fantastic experience with Natalia today! From the start, she took the time to genuinely listen to what I was looking for, as well as my specific concerns about my hair. The level of detail she put into the cut was incredible—it’s one of the best I've ever had. She was also so flexible and accommodating, readily making a slight adjustment I asked for, and it made all the difference. She really cares about her client's happiness. 10/10 recommendation!

Kimberly is amazing, I've rarely ever gotten a haircut where they do exactly as I asked. She broke that trend. My hair is perfectly styled, and my beard looks blended perfectly too.
