Sport Clips Haircuts of Pocatello

My son wanted adifferent haircut that his mom wasn't comfortable trying. Because my son had a after school activity and Sport Clips was the only place open after 7, we went there. Tawnie did an amazing job, making it look so professional. I could tell that she definitely knew what she was doing and she pulled out all of the stops, doing the hot towel and the head massage with the hair wash. My 11 year old son was so happy with his experience that I wouldn't be overstating it by saying he was glowing! Tawnie was friendly, personable, and hardworking. We came in a little after 7 and she was mopping the floor. You don't usually see store managers doing the menial jobs. I can tell that she has some good old fashioned work ethic, and brings the care of a mom n pop shop to this franchise chain.

I’m sure if you have straight hair they are fine. Our son has super curly and thick hair and they suck. They had one good stylist that was able to do his hair correctly, but she isn’t here anymore and ever since every time we’ve been here it’s been terrible. They don’t understand the concept of how curly hair works at all and cuts his hair like you would straight hair. We will ask them to thin the back/top because it’s super thick and has a bad calic. They never thin it or do his calic like they should. It’s super frustrating to pay for someone to botch my child’s hair. If the stylist doesn’t know how to do curly hair they should say so and pass us to another stylist!!

I have gotten 2 haircuts at sports clips. Both were bad. It was the only place today that could get me in without waiting an hour and I took a chan e on them after the first time. How can you mess up a fade when thats the main thing your place does? It was such a simple haircut and it looks terrible. And no i dont wanna go in and try to have your ppl fix it. Did it last time and my mid fade turned into a high fade. Im so upset. Last time im ever going there.

Trent was awesome! It was my sons first time getting a cut with the clippers and Trent made it so fun for him. He loves his new spikes! Thank you. We will be coming back.

Ally did a great job. She listened to what I wanted and was able to work with me to fix a mistake another stylist from a different establishment had previously made. Going to continue going here from now on.
