This is the easiest place for a last minute appointment. The stylists are always courteous and do a great job. I love the shampoo and conditioner after the cut plus the shoulder massage.

I took my son for a haircut and the experience was extremely disappointing. My son asked for a specific style, but instead of being honest and saying she (Jennifer) didn’t know how to do it or asking another stylist for help, she just started cutting without a clue. She cut off way more than she should have, completely messed up the style, and left my son so frustrated that he walked out crying. When I addressed her about it, her attitude was careless and dismissive. The only thing she offered was, “Do you want a refund?” but this was never about the money. It’s about responsibility and professionalism. If you don’t know how to do a haircut, you should not just “wing it” on a client, especially on a child who had been excited about his haircut. The Sport Clips at Plantation Pointe in Fairhope, AL is the absolute best! Jennifer is the BEST manager/stylist. Dana P., Haley and Rachel are the BEST stylists! My husband and I enjoy our time at the shop as well as our haircuts!
