I’ve only come by a few times now but whenever I have, the prices have been very reasonable, there have been short wait times for walk ins, and above all, the staff have been so very friendly. The friendliness of the staff is truly what makes the experience— the stylists I’ve worked with have been incredibly sweet, lovely people who are a genuine pleasure to chat with, so it’s never awkward or uncomfortable. I got to the sports clips when Cordella and Shayla were working. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had here. The two of them were standing around not cutting anyone’s hair so when I walked in I was a bit confused to see another customer sitting in the lobby waiting for a hair stylist. I continued to sit on the lobby with him for a good 10 minutes waiting to be called up yet the 2 ladies working were just acting as if we weren’t there, we were never greeted or anything, I eventually left out of frustration… mind you there was a 0 min wait on the waitlist and I had check-in in a half hour early
