Most of the time this location is amazing. Abigail cuts hair fantastic. That being said. When the app has an issue and it affects the customer, the staff is supposed to make it right. The assistant manager on duty currently then gave me an attitude when I called back. No resolution was even attempted. Horrible customer service and will be contacting corporate.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My son had a great haircut at Sports Clips, getting ready for pre-K. He’s five years old, and Abigail was wonderful with him — very patient, supportive, and attentive. She knew exactly what he wanted and delivered a fantastic cut. Cleaned him up nicely and sent him on his way. Highly recommend Abigail at Sports Clips!
