Went in for a haircut and got much more than I could have ever expected. Not only did I get an amazing hair cut, I was treated to deluxe shampoo, scalp massage, massage chair, back massage, need I say more. They also have amazing deals for new members plus a great deal to keep you coming back for more. Romina takes great care of me and treats me like royalty, but I also found out they do the same for everyone. Goodbye to the old and Hello Sports Clips.

5:30pm Feb 13, 2026: Even though there were no other customers seated in the waiting area, the stylist assigned to me could not wait 90 seconds for me to decide how long i wanted the sides to be cut?? and strangely the other stylist made a new strict rule about the position of the chair during the hair wash. I felt like I was being judged as a person. I am not exactly sure why the stylists at this location seemed to be making up new rules that made me feel unwelcome. Perhaps they thought I was some kind of hoodlum which is not my personality at all. Hopefully this was just a difference of personality types but it was unusual for me to be forced to visit Supercuts as a backup plan. :/

Went to Sports Clips in Pembroke Pines and the service was amazing. Yami is always friendly and does a great job cutting my hair. The place is very clean and organized and has a friendly vibe. Judy the manager keeps things running smoothly. I used the app to check and see when is the best times to go and that definitely saves time. 5 stars all the way around, keep up the great work.

We have been coming here for years. And Yami is truly the best. My son adores her. She’s always a ray of sunshine and no matter what will always have you laughing with her. You won’t regret getting your haircut from her.

What a great experience... I received a free haircut coupon. I was fascinated by the fact that it’s a place for men and boys to get pampered. Because I will be working with the store for a future event I asked if I could possibly experience what someone using the coupon would experience. All with the hopes of being able to describe the feel for this “man cave spa” I had just entered. I guess I felt like what guys feel like when they enter a girls salon. But honestly I was feeling great to be there. It helped that Gretchen who was my assigned hairdresser gave me a full step by step of what was included in the VIP treatment and background on the start of the business.
