Sport Clips Haircuts of Peachtree Parkway

I have been a loyal patron of this salon for about two years and usually have decent experiences with the rest of the staff. However, after my appointment today with Sumi , I will not be returning. . My previous experiences with her were already unprofessional today's offensive and insulting behavior was the final straw.

My son Brooks absolutely loves Alisha! He is very picky about his hair and he will only get his hair cut when she is available. She’s professional and walks us through what service/cut she’s going to do. What I love most is she interacts with my son (he’s 14 now but she’s been his stylist since age 10) she makes him laugh and asks his opinion on his hair cut before asking me, making him feel his opinion/style matters. 10 out of 10! Salon is always clean and can’t beat the prices! Thanks for being so amazing Alisha! See you soon!

Sumi is amazing. she’s so sweet and will actually listen to how i want my hair done. she also gives good recommendations on tweaking my haircuts to make it work for my head

I have been getting my hair cut for $12 for a long time now and been complaining about it. Then one day, I thought enough is enough and started looking out for a new salon. That's when i discovered this chain and thought of giving it a chance. I'm glad I tried this place. So far, have been here twice and a friend has been here twice too. We both liked our haircuts. First experience was with Ashley and recently got it from Sarah. I liked both haircuts, maybe the one from Ashley was slightly better. I've read a lot of reviews about Sumi and my friend raves about her so that's who I'm going to try next. The best thing is that stylists take the time and make sure the hair cut looks decent.

Signed ahead of of time on the app. I arrived just a few minutes after opening so as to stay on schedule with my work day. Both stylists ignored me even after saying hello to one of them on my way in who was too busy on her phone standing outside. The other was sitting in one of the barber chairs on her phone and did not even acknowledge me. After signing in I waited and waited for a few minutes. Still nothing. I left and went to Dunwoody where I was taken care of with no issues. That experience was not characteristic of Sportclips but must be addressed. We pay more for the service so we expect more.
