Nicole is awesome. She does a better job than anyone I have encountered at this location who does the complete 10-Point Play. Nicole is a stylist who listens carefully to the client and does her very best, every time, to deliver in a timely and professional manner. I also see her consistently walk clients to the product displays and reinforce what she has taught at her cutting station or during the MVP treatment.

Nicole did an awesome job as usual with my teenage son. He use to hate getting his hair cut, but Nicole works fast and talks with him about what he wants before she starts. Cannot recommend her enough! ♡

Nicole and Hope are great hair stylists. They are kind and help me actually learn how to make my hair look better by answering my questions, educating me, and telling me about products. Nicole especially was great, giving me a haircut that looked awesome even after their store had closed for the day. I come here a lot and it’s a great location.

Been going to Sports Clips for a long time. Like the app and generally good experiences overall. After tonight I will not be back. Checked in online. Was 2nd in the queue with me and my 2 boys and a family of 6 walked in who was apparently a friend or family member of one of the stylists and my group and everyone else watched while their “friends” jumped the queue . We needed haircuts for a specific reason so I stayed. I won’t be back.

Great experience! Enjoy the friendly staff every time I get hair cut! Really like the hot/cold towel during the shampoo!
