DESIREE’s sourpuss attitude and response slamming things when given constructive criticism that I wasn’t happy with the fade because it was uneven, was uncalled for. Maybe if she held the clippers correctly and faded up and down rather than side to side the fade would’ve been correct. Look, if you don’t like the job/career you chose to be in, why are you here? Treat your customers with respect and give them the adequate service they came to you and are paying you for. I was never disrespectful with you, so being disrespectful was absolutely unnecessary. I really wish I could rate zero stars, because the one is being very generous.

If i can give zero stars i would One of the “barber” ladies totally messed up sons haircut and its the worst. Literally has a bald spot on his head first time with her now I have to pay extra somewhere else to fix her mistake. If you dont feel confident cutting hair or atleast doing fades dont do the haircut and be honest with it. im highly disappointed in this place I do not recommend.

This review is specifically about the stylist Malena. I had a really bad cut and customer service experience. When I went in about two weeks ago, I was very specific about the cut I wanted. It's a fairly simple cut. She was more interested in up-selling me to the Super Duper Ultra VIP package than following my requests. The job of a stylist / barber isn't easy and people are a pain these days. I made extra sure to be friendly. Malena seemed very much like she was wanting to be getting a root canal than cutting my hair. She then kept telling me she was cutting my hair a certain way and I was *kindly* saying no, you're not. I came in last 30 mins to get a quick haircut. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, Desiree gave me an efficient and perfectly styled cut and our the door with time to spare.
