To the Management Team, ​I have been a loyal Sport Clips customer for several years, frequently visiting both the Airline and Saratoga locations in Corpus Christi. While I have always been satisfied with the quality of service, I experienced a disappointing interaction at the Airline location today. ​Due to a technical issue with the app, I arrived as a walk-in approximately 10 minutes before closing. Upon entry, I was greeted with, "Check in if you must, we close at five." When I asked if walk-ins were still being accepted, the staff member in charge made audible comments to her current client and used "woosah" breathing techniques, clearly implying that my presence was a burden. ​A professional explanation that the shop was no longer accepting walk-ins for the day would have been perfect

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. When I arrived, my name was clearly visible on the TV waiting list, yet I was told I had been taken off and that I would have to wait another 55 minutes. This was confusing and frustrating.
