Sport Clips Haircuts of Oshkosh

I asked the stylist to keep my hair long on top so I could comb it over, and she decided to cut it very short. I brought two photos in of what I wanted. She glanced quickly and said got it. When I expressed my dissatisfaction on it be cut to only a couple inches on top, she didn't seem to really care, but said that she would put a note on my account for next time and not apologetic. What about being attentive and careful to detail the first time? She was also very quiet and not very personable. I heard pretty good things about this place, but I don't really want to go back now. Only giving 3 stars because I had good haircuts in the past at another location. Seems that most people have good experiences here for the actual cut. What annoyed me was I called to make an appointment and they said I need to make one online or in the app. So I set up an account, which was easy, and made the appointment. It said 28 minutes, which was at 237. It said to arrive 5 mins prior. So I figure be there at 3. I’m heading there and I get a text, the stylist will be ready in approximately 15 mins, that was at 246. I was thinking that’s fine I’ll be there by 301, no big deal. I get there, walk in the door at 259. Check in and they say have a seat. I take a seat and on the board it says my name and 27 minute wait. I was under a time crunch, I thought maybe it was a mistake, so I waited

I recently visited Sports Clips on Koeller St in Oshkosh, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and skilled at what they do. They made me feel welcome right from the start and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, perfect for a fun haircut. I left feeling refreshed and looking great! Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a fantastic haircut!

Got my haircut today was in and out super quick! Great cut today. 2 months ago Erika jacked it up pretty bad. Told me she knows how MY hair should look. I was excited to hear shes no longer employed at this location! cut the top even though I said specifically not to touch it and left me with a thin mustache I almost didn't come back in but I believe in second chances. I feel way better today about coming back

I never know what kind of cut do I need so I tell tell Amber “do your magic” she did it it was perfect and I love it definitely coming back before Christmas
