I have been yesterday Monday, February 2, 2026 at the store in Ormond Town Square on Granada Blvd. Ms. Becky attended to me. She gave me a splendid hair cut, perfection, I feel great. But more than everything she knows to do massage, especially when the hot towel on face, and shampooing the hair to perfection. It was really special and it made my day! She is so nice and professional, and makes yoy feel taken care, and happy. Thank you!

Oh my god. I asked for my hair to be cut straight across and now I have to pay again for someone to fix this. I did not notice until I got home and my boyfriend pointed this out to me. The worst part about it is I cut all I could “afford” to get rid of in order for my hair to be at my desired length. She cut only half of my bangs and there was no blending at all so it’s a very harsh straight line on my left bang. I would really like a refund to put towards getting it fixed.

I just have to give a shout out to my girl, Becky! She honestly really is the best that I have been able to find in the area over the past 3 years. I came into the store, was warmly welcomed. She has top notch customer experience to match her skills. I decided to try someone new this one morning and she butchered my hair. I came up to Ormond right after knowing that I could rely on Becky to help salvage what was left. And somehow, she managed it and I felt a huge sense of relief. Genuinely the worst hair cut I’ve ever received. I got the complete opposite of what I asked for. I am not one to write reviews yet this haircut sent me over the edge. I tried to reach out to the store directly regarding my haircut and the service and I got nothing in return. I would have been more satisfied if I walked to the front of the store and took my 30 dollars cash dropped it in the garbage bin and then hopped back in my car: 0 star review
