I had an outstanding experience with Jen at Great Clips. From the moment I sat down she was professional, friendly, and attentive. Her service was precise and efficient — she listened carefully to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and executed the cut/style perfectly. Jen’s product knowledge is excellent; she recommended the right product for my hair type, clearly explained how to use it, and gave practical tips to keep my style looking great between visits. The result was exactly what I hoped for and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Jen for anyone looking for skilled, knowledgeable, and personable care. Five stars!

I sat and waited 45 minutes with my son after checking in. We were the only ones in the building still wait. The stylist did not acknowledge or greet us and let us know what to do While doing that with every guest that entered after me and my son. After seeing 4 people get taken back for haircuts since we were there that came after us I asked when my son was expected to be ready She told me a 105 minutes after everyone else above him comes in and get serviced. I asked if he would be serviced in the order we arrived and she said no that's not how their system works. By this logic next time if there is a next time I should just check him in when they open and come when I please.

We took my teenage son there recently and we felt very rushed, he asked for a specific cut and he didn’t get at all what he asked for. The back of his neck/head had two stripes where the clippers were too short, which we didn’t notice until we got into brighter lighting. We will no longer be going to sports clips, the quality/standards just aren’t the same as it was a couple years ago. I do not know who the stylist was. Long brown hair/pony tail.

Go to cost cutters or great clips. They asked for a rating so here it is. I asked for a fade and 3” on the top so I could see what it looked like and then maybe take it down to 2”. Jen (not sure the about the last name) refused and said that she needed a length before she could cut which is fine but that’s how I’ve always done it and it’s never been a problem. I said we could go with 2” on the top. Before I could say anything, my hair was less than 1” on the top. She was very rude and I wouldn’t recommend.

The app would not let me sign in and therefore I had to wait 41 minutes! I am not happy with Soortclips! How does this happen? What can you do to help me?
