They only have one employee. Was told to be here at 5:25 so I rushed to get here and am still waiting at 6:00pm. The one stylist here is very friendly and greeted me right away. I can imagine its hard to be the sole employee in a place like this. Also the stylist was knowledgeable and very friendly with my kiddo. He loved her! If it was not for the long wait time I would rate this place much higher.

Update: went back today. Booked at 9:17 am. Was told to be here by 10:30. Checked at 10 to see if still on track. Yep. Get there at 10:30. It’s another 56 minute wait?!?! I’ve decided to never come back. Sorry Alyssa… Used to love coming to this place. Alyssa is amazing and always does a great job. But this store has gone down hill over the last couple of months. Long wait times, short staffed (8 chairs but never more than 3 stylists???). Today is now the 3rd straight time I’ve gone and been delayed 30 minutes longer. I reserve a time in the app, show up when told, only to find my wait being extended. I know this happens sometimes, but it is now happening every time. If management doesn’t shape up, I will be going elsewhere.

I would not recommend booking with the barber named Alanah. I clearly showed her a reference photo of the hairstyle I wanted multiple times (at least five) before and during the haircut. Despite this, she cut my hair much higher than shown in the photo. When I told her the haircut wasn’t what I asked for, she looked confused and asked, “What do you mean?” I then showed her the reference photo again and explained that far too much hair had been taken off. At that point, she said there was a “miscommunication,” which I disagree with—I was very clear from the beginning. She then made an unprofessional comment no client wants to hear during a service: “I’m new and still learning.” While everyone has to learn, that should be disclosed before starting a haircut, not after a mistake has already

I felt bad for the girl (Gina)—maybe she’s new, but this is not a barber shop, or at least she is not a barber yet. It felt like she’s still learning. I asked for a fade and got the most mediocre fade I’ve ever had. For the love of God, don’t ask her to do a beard—she will mess it up. I’m not sure if she was confused about what a fade is, or what a faded beard is. My haircut is very basic: a military-style medium fade. The beard only needed a simple trim and a fade to blend with the haircut. I’m not sure if the other girls are the same, but I wouldn’t go to Gina again. I had to go home and fix my fade line and my beard myself. On top of that, I didn’t even get cleaned up with the air blower—I went home covered in hair. There was no razor work and no trimmer used. I paid $55. 😂😂

I was very disappointed with my son’s recent haircut. The cut itself turned out poorly, especially considering it cost $25. The overall experience was unprofessional — staff were arguing when I arrived, and at one point disappeared into the back room for several minutes, leaving no one available on the floor. Unfortunately, the service and final result did not meet expectations. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon.
