I just went there for the first time. Nice place, clean. Very friendly employees. I have always been very picky about who cuts my hair. I had my hairdresser in NY for over 20 years. Since moving to Tennessee a year ago, both my husband and I have been searching. We both had Morgan cut our hair. I have to say she is fantastic! She made sure to ask what we were looking for ahead of time. She cut our hair with scissors, not clippers. She did a magnificent job on our haircuts! Well done! She is very nice, friendly and I could tell right away she knew what she was doing! Very grateful we found her!

The hair stylists are always extremely friendly with positive attitudes, they've always got some sort of sports to watch while waiting.The stylists seem to be well-educated, and I've never actually gotten a bad haircut. I've been going there for multiple years! Good relaxing massaging hair washing afterwards, also with the shoulder massage is very relaxing!

The past three weekends I've tried to get an appointment there and it's always been a 3-hour wait. Finally today I got my son in at 4 this evening .but it seemed like they were taking their sweet time getting him back there when they were cleaning up from the last person t 20 minutes to get my son in the back after that last person left I thought that was a little much. There's a few of them that felt like I was bothering them being there. I actually start feeling guilty for being there Just thinking about going somewhere else because I know they're tired and stressed and just wanting to day to be over. But it's not serious suck it up and still put on that big smile even if it's fake.. she was great with my son though

Tasha is great! She listens to what we want for the cut that is just right, that may not always be easy with my 8yr old son! 😉

Best haircut I've had in years. I dont rember her name but very nice. Im definitely going to start going to her.
