Sport Clips Haircuts of Northborough

Great place for a haircut. I drive 20-mins just to go to this location- driving by a lot of other barber shops. They are quick! You watch TV while they do your hair. Sometimes you have to wait because everyone wants to get their haircut here at a decent price.

I don't have a timing problem when I go to Marlborough, just this location. I left my house with a 32 minute wait time, drove 28 minutes and arrived with a 30 min wait. No introduction by my stylist, so now I can't come back because I can't avoid her on the app. Cut my hair SO short she had to slather in product - I don't use product. No intro, no small talk, only read half the notes. When I pointed out she cut my cowlick too short, she countered that she used a 5. I told her she cut that part with shears, and the length for that should be noted too. "OH, sorry." Yeah, you're sorry, but I am the one who had to spend the next month with a hatchet job. Whoever you are, I hope you get fired, and I will be going to the Marlborough location from now on.

This location must be doing something right recruiting and retaining high quality stylists because I’ve never had a bad visit, but Lydia is the go-to stylist for both me and my son. She’s amazing, consistent, and an incredible asset to this location!!!

Last time seeing me here. I asked for tips taken off top, the girl went scissor crazy and chopped my head.

Not typically someone to leave reviews, but had an awesome experience today. Lydia greeted me right away, fit me into a busy schedule, and made my first haircut experience in twenty years great. She was super personable and fantastic at her job! Much appreciated!
