Brenda is a sweet person, but this is twice now that she hasn't given me the cut I wanted. The 2nd time, I spent an hour with her because I didn't want to be disappointed again, but she wasn't understanding what I was saying and I had to coach her. It was very frustrating trying to be patient and explain, and she still didn't give me what I wanted. I showed her pics too from all angles of what I wanted, she pretty much said "say less fam" and proceeds to wreck my locks. It wasn't a complicated cut either. Also both times she didn't make my neckline straight, so I kept asking her this time to straighten it. When I got home, I noticed cut marks on my neck (see photo). My dad came for the first time back in a year for a haircut for Veteran's Day. Jamie handled him with SO much care. My dad is a disabled veteran, who has severe short term dementia and ALS, and is wheelchair bound. He said he felt like a new man when he left. Jamie went above and beyond and trimmed him up so well that he thought he even looked handsome again by the time he was all done. Thank you for providing my dad with exception service and helping him feel good about himself again! Highly recommend this location.

Generally I have a great experience here. I have had a few one off’s every now and then, but overall sports clips is a great place to get your haircut. Jamie is my favorite so far.

Jamie is awesome. She's cut my hair for a few years now and does a great job. I highly recommend her. I moved away from my usual store, but now i still make the 30 minute drive to see her because i know my hair will be done right.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My haircut wasn’t faded at all after I specified I didn’t want one length all the way up. Crooked neck line and pushed my hairline back !! I used to see Becka there but now she isn’t there. It seems half the staff left including the manager who CARED if the haircut looked decent. Its gone downhill there. SO RIDICULOUS !
