Sport Clips Haircuts of Morrisville

I just had my second haircut from Brit. This was the second best haircut I’ve ever had. Second only because Brit gave me my first best haircut several months ago. She is, without a doubt, the best stylist I’ve ever had. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the Morrisville store is also a standout quality that is worth mentioning. Great service, great haircut, great location, greet price. All thumb up.

Very Disappointing Experience!! Zero Star!! I checked in at Sports Clips at Market Place in Morrisville, NC. When I arrived, there was one person ahead of me. After he finished, I was shown as #1 on the board. However, Heather (the barber) skipped me and called the person who was second on the list. I decided to wait, assuming it was a mistake. After that haircut was finished, she stepped away for a while. Another barber came in, and even though my name was still #1, they called someone else again. After being passed over multiple times, I had no choice but to leave without a haircut. The experience felt rude and unprofessional, and it seemed like I was completely invisible. Very disappointing.

Catrina did an AMAZING job, 10/10 would recommend! She took her time, paid careful attention to detail, and made me feel like a real MVP. I got a TON of hair cut off, and she was not intimidated at all.

The young lady that cut my hair, is the picture of Customer Service, I witness the interaction between her and Customers and I saw how she interacted with the elderly and one child with special needs and she was amazing. I was happy to see someone that loves her job and has EXCELLENT, People skills, she should be a Manager if she's not one yet. It was an awesome experience for me, and YES the Haircut was perfect.

She’s the one I’d like to cut my hair because she does such a good job. Very professional nice to talk to you while she’s cutting my hair.
