Before visiting this time, I attempted to schedule my appointment online. I tried several times to no avail. Then I called and was told that they couldn't take phone reservations (even for an established customer who is already in your system.) She said I would have to contact your tech folks. I ask, how many barriers to entry do you need to have to be happy folks? Thankfully, it was a slow day (see above perhaps?) and your staff member was able to get me in the chair in reasonable time. Most people would not have wanted to suffer with several roadblocks to getting a cut and still come back but rather find an easier way to get it done. (Even posting this on Google was something of a hassle.)

I’ve been here a few times. This place does the job. I like the app and checking in online. I don’t get the MVP service just the regular. I have a barber I go to on the regular but this is my back up.

Had shawna cut my boyfriend's hair and she was so great i had to go back. Had her cut my hair as well and she did an amazing job. She works great with long or short hair and cuts lots of different textures. Her experience shows in her cuts and i would recommend booking with her. The online check in is definitely the way to go!

There was a coupon for a free haircut left on my car so I took my son in and gave the girl the coupon she said okay thank you then I was charged $28 so I’m not sure how that works what was free? Even left a $10 tip but won’t be going back

Me and my 5 year old son checked in on the waitlist and were 1st and 2nd position myself being first. I wanted my son to go first, when I told Gina that, she was visibly annoyed by the request and that she had to print out a different ticket. During the haircut for my son it seemed she misunderstood the type of haircut I wanted for my son. So in politely double checking with Gina she seemed even more annoyed and said "I'm not done with his haircut". Then I guess because she took me off the list to take my son back I got put at the bottom of the list and got skipped when the next stylist Shawna was available. Would've been a total of hour and a half at the shop if I ended up getting my haircut. So won't be going back to this location with Gina working. I will say Gina did treat my son very
