Sport Clips Haircuts of Middletown - Village Mall

I took my son for a haircut on January 3rd. It was his second haircut there and my husband went a few times as well. I foolishly ended up buying the hair product used in my son's hair. I thought it would be be good, but it wasn't. It was very sticky and my son hated when I used it. After using it a few times, I decided to return it. Since I bought it on January 3rd and their return policy is 30 days, I knew TODAY FEBRUARY 3rd, would be the last day to return it. For whatever reason, the register didn't accept the return, she apparently called her boss/ manager (whatever) and they denied the return stating its been 31 days!!!! 1/3 to 2/3 is 31 days??????? Ok lol! Whatever!!..2 repeat customers won't return either.

My husband has been coming here for years. I recently found out that they also cut women's hair, so I decided to give it a whirl. I got my long, dead ended, unruly, hair cut with Becca a few weeks ago, and I am 100% pleased. My hair looks so healthy and has sprung back to life! Becca is absolutely worth the extra drive. I originally saw her once at a different Sports Clips location, and she did such an amazing job on my haircut that I literally went out of my way to another store just to see her again. She recently switched to that location full-time, even though it’s farther from me, and I’ll happily keep making the trip.

My stylist Jenn did a fantastic job with the haircut—she was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly throughout.
