I just spoke with Rachel the manager at this location Store # 142 on Stapley and Baseline. Due to hair cutter Misty doing a very bad jagged job and burning the back of my sons neck and cutting behind his ear. Not only was her attention not on him and what she was doing, we showed her a picture before hand of what he wanted just like we always have. Mind you we've gone to this location for the past year with the exact same picture of cut that he loves and it's always perfect but this one time was very unprofessional, uncaring, and Missy got irritated because she had to put him back in the chair because the fade she did was too low and needed to be higher and was uneven. I took my kiddos here by chance. My youngest has autism and getting a haircut has not been a picnic at other places even the ones who advertise they have training for kiddos with autism...We came in where me met an angel disguised has a hairstylist named Misty. She is the absolute best with him, and he has improved each time he has gone to her. WE LOVE HER. Also, Rachel she took care of my oldest (who gets really nervous) recently and she was so kind and attentive and listened to his stories while giving feedback to his stories. Thank you, girls, for what you do. You make my boys comfortable and feel safe while getting an awesome haircut.

It was my first time at Sport Clips and I paid $24 + 20 tip for the MVP experience, this included shampoo pristine haircut (mid fade-I showed a picture), hot face towel, shoulder massage with massage gun, brief scalp and facial massage. My barber was Drew, and I think he did a great job. He gave me different choices of coupons for next time.

This was my first time visiting a location. It was recommended by a couple of my coworkers. Storefront very clean inside, just as clean, very nice. Set up offering products.I was greeted when I first came in the door with a smile. The kiosk check-in system was very easy to use it also doubles as their p o s system that allows you to use your card. Davina was absolutely fantastic she was friendly and listened to what I wanted. She was very meticulous and took time to make sure that the lines we're even had me check and make sure that I was happy each step of the way. Top-notch customer service all the way from beginning to end. I’ve been coming to this Sport Clips for a while now, and they’ve never missed. Susana cut my hair this time and absolutely nailed it — sharp, clean, and exactly what I wanted. I’ve probably been here a dozen times and haven’t had a single bad haircut yet — which feels like beating the odds these days. The crew’s always friendly, and the vibe’s great. I’ll keep coming back as long as they keep making me look this good! 💇‍♂️✂️
