I love this place. Today I joined the lineup at 9:01 a.m. it said there was a 90 minute wait, I drove right over and was able to get in instantly since there was not a lot of people in the store and those who checked in online weren't there yet. I really appreciate Makayla for taking care of me right away. I never have a problem with waiting and since it is the Saturday before Thanksgiving and I got there early enough, I was able to get in and get out within ten minutes for my favorite buzz cut. I really appreciate the staff here, I never have a bad experience.

This was my first visit to this location and Donna made it a memorable one! Loved the MVP treatment, the tea tree oil products and the fun conversation! Will definitely be back!

First time coming here, and i have to say i loved it. Angie did a great job cutting my hair and got the mvp experience, which was worth it! Did a great job cutting my hair, the massage was my favorite, and she made the experience worth the cost and service. Definitely will come back! :)

Worst haircut of my life. I wanted to get a fresh haircut to improve my mood and my self esteem, and I left feeling like I could not show my face in public again. Stylist said she understood what i wanted, but in the last 10 minutes of the cut she removed so much more hair than she was supposed to. My hair is several inches shorter than it should be. I have never cried over a haircut until this one.

I noticed my hair was not cut to my satisfaction after arriving home after a recent haircut. I reached out to the store and they invited me back in at my first convenience to address the issue until I was satisfied with the result. The manager personally addressed my concerns until they were resolved. Congratulations on great customer service.
