Not sure what happened, but this place has gone down hill fast. My husband showed them a picture and they proceeded to shave his head instead of cutting it. It will take at least 6 weeks for his "army" cut to grow out. Won't be going back again.

Had a terrible experience here today!!Sherry manipulated the line to take a friend head of me splitting my family up and making us wait for her friend to get a haircut first. What good is it to have a screen that tells the order if she is just going to change it for her friend who signed in after us.

Absolutely horrible experience! We were explaining what my son wanted, he had been growing his hair out all summer. We showed her a picture AND a 360 video. She seemed confused so I asked if this was something she was familiar with and felt comfortable doing. Before I could finished the sentence she GRABBED my sons hair and cut a BIG chunk out. We hadn’t even really finished going over the cut. She then proceeded to explain she know how to do that cut. Well she did not and mid way through I can tell it’s getting too short and I said don’t do anymore off in the sides he wanted it longer. She completely ignored that and cut them shorter. Carried Weston and Harrison in for their beginning of school haircuts. After a 45 minute wait time she did a good job on the 5-year olds haircut. Then, butchered the 15-year olds hair, so we will have to get that fixed and faded tomorrow. Then, I noticed they charged $50 for the both of them. So adult price for the 5 year old. I. Do. Not. Recommend. This establishment.
