Cassie was outstanding. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to really understand what I wanted before starting. The haircut was precise, clean, and exactly what I asked for. She paid great attention to detail and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Easily one of the best haircuts I’ve had at Sport Clips. Highly recommend Cassie and will definitely be back to see her again.

I've had positive experiences with Sports Clips in the past, particularly with haircuts and treatments. However, I encountered significant issues with the wait list system and stylist availability at the Sprayberry location. I joined the wait list at 3:30 PM and was informed of a 28-minute wait. At 3:52 PM, I received an update stating I'd be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 3:58 PM, but my assigned stylist was not present. After checking in at the kiosk, I noticed I wasn't added to the on-deck list—which I assumed was normal since my appointment was scheduled to begin shortly according to my text notification. After waiting with no sign of the stylist, I inquired with another stylist on duty. They informed me that my stylist had stepped out and wouldn't return for some time. No one notif

My son and I like getting our haircut here. We usually see Cassie and she does a great job. No wait using the app and the place is always tidy.

Took my son to get a haircut and it was a great experience. We were helped immediately and the staff was friendly. His haircut was done quickly (which is great for a usually wiggly kid) and Laurie M. did an awesome job. My son was so happy with his haircut. Will definitely be back!
