The check-in process is seamless using the app or the kiosk in store. Catalina was awesome. She did me quickly but hair still looks great. Speed and quality!

I used the app to join the lineup. When I got there and checked in, I was the first in line on the big screen. I even got the text to confirm I was “on deck.” I went to use the restroom and I ended up losing my place in line. I asked the stylists how that happened and they didn’t even acknowledge me whatsoever. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes after someone took my spot before I left. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have not been to a new barber in years . But the kind reception and top notch haircut at this place was to say the least pleasant and professional.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now. Kim has been my stylist for several of those years but the last 4 times I have come in, she has either not shown up or late. I tried again today, giving one last chance for her, she showed but was late again and I was already in another stylists chair. Luckily the staff you have is great and I got a great cut. I will continue coming to your store but will no longer expect Kim will be available due to her inconsistent work behavior. Kudos to the rest of the staff though for plugging through busy days when she is a no show and they are short handed.
