Alicia was AMAZING!!! She cut our baby boys hair (13 months old) ands she was just terrific!! She made sure he was calm and comfortable the entire time. She let him play with a comb and some clipper guards to keep him occupied. She was patient and asked lots of questions about how we wanted his hair to look. She even gave us some hair clippings and a certificate since it was his first haircut!! I would HIGHLY recommend her and will definitely continue to request her in the future.

The haircut Miracle gave me is a disaster. It looks so bad. She cut it way too short, its uneven, she shaved into my hairline on the sides, it's terrible. This is the worst haircut I've ever received.

Jennifer did a great job! Enjoyed the MVP that they offer there, I almost fell asleep in the chair.

I am ONLY leaving 2 stars because we have been before and had Taylor and Taylor was WONDERFUL. If it weren’t for her. They would be getting 1! Today I took my son, who is 5 and just chose the first available stylist. That person happened to be Keyla. I was charged $27 for a child’s haircut. Keyla was extremely rude. For example: I heard Keyla tell my son to look down. So I reminded him nicely to look down. She said I don’t need him to look down. I’m holding his head how I want it. But just in a very rude manner. She also made other comments to him that were rude. I understand COMPLETELY he is not the easiest to cut. He’s very fidgety and loves to talk. I let her finish, I paid and left. I read other Google reviews on here and learned I’m not the only person that has had a problem with Key
