I have been a guest at this location for 15 years. Today I went in for a haircut and my stylist was Crystal, her clippers during the haircut bit the back of my neck making me jump and left a mark . I wanted an mvp like I always get, and during the washing of my hair a very hot towel that burned my face was put on me an I requested a towel not so hot . While washing my hair water splashed all over the front of my shirt an got my entire back collar soaking wet, and also went down my back , I then asked her to stop and went up front to speak with the person in charge . In my entire time coming here I have enjoyed and had a great time coming here but today I got upset with the service, the up front manager was very caring and empathetic, I don’t know what I might of done to deserve this treatm

Me and my son tony got the coupon and yesterday we came in for new customers and he didn’t like his haircut because she cut him on the neck right when she started and I have the picture can’t post on here and his hair look like the bird net without gel put on when we get home and take a shower he cried because he upset didn’t like it and it hurts his neck
