Sport Clips Haircuts of Longview

I had a great experience at SportsClips. Tres did an awesome job on my haircut and really paid attention to the details. She made sure everything was clean, even, and exactly how I wanted it. The MVP experience was excellent as well and made the whole visit even better. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Tres if you’re looking for a quality cut.

I have been cutting my own hair for the last 2-1/2 years.(buzz cut). I decided to grow it and when it came time for a haircut I chose Sport Clips. It was recommended by a friend. I am very happy with the service I received. My hair looks much nicer than I expected! I feel fresh! And the shampoo, hot towel, and massage was great! Very thankful for the stylist understanding that I wasn’t sure what I even wanted and did as I asked. “Just use your judgment on what I should do”. It looks great!

Average experience as I've been here multiple times, but the issue comes in my last haircut. I'm pretty sure it was a manager or something cutting my hair since she kept telling the others what to do, but after my basic $16 cut i tipped $6 and when asked for my receipt said no thank you. A week later I'm looking at my bank statement and see the charge here for $31. I called my bank and they, of course, asked for the receipt. I'm not that worried about $9, but it means I will never be going there again.

If leaving zero stars was an option, I would select it. Denise not only gave my husband the worst haircut of his life, but he literally has to wear a hat until his hair grows back. She did the complete opposite of what he asked for and completely butchered my husband‘s hair. For a $40 haircut it looks like she put on a blindfold. I just went at it with the trimmers and gave him a bunch of up-charges that we have not heard of at any of the sport clips we have been to, including the ones we’ve been to in California. We are requesting a response from management. This is absolutely ridiculous. He literally has to wear a hat during the holidays. Unbelievable.

My 5 year old has sensory issues so naturally I was worried about how he would do, Britney, at the Longview store in the target shopping center, made his experience the best he’s had so far getting his hair cut! He was smiling and laughing the whole time! She would show him the clippers, explain what she was going to do and asked him was it ok if she did it and as a mom with a sensory sensitive child that means the world to me ❤️❤️
