I have been a regular customer at this store for quite some time. On February 26, 2026, at approximately 2:09 PM, I came in for a haircut and signed in to be serviced by a stylist named Tasha who has 0 minute wait. When she saw me arrive, she went into the back room and did not return for over 20 minutes. After waiting without any communication, I decided to cancel my check-in and wait for another stylist who was finishing up with a client and said it would take about 15 minutes. Immediately after I canceled, Tasha came out and proceeded to take another customer a white gentleman who had arrived after me. Based on how the situation unfolded, it felt discriminatory and unprofessional. I want to be clear that I am not writing this out of anger, but out of concern. I am a respectful customer

Tasha was the stylist who cut my hair, and she did an excellent job. She took the time to ask how I wanted it styled and offered helpful recommendations that really suited me. Throughout the appointment, she was personable, kind, and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. She was a pleasure to talk with, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning and will gladly recommend Tasha to others. I look forward to having her as my stylist again.

I would advise you to be cautious about getting your hair done by Tasha. She is a stylist, but I had a negative experience with her and felt that I was discriminated against. Because of that, I would not recommend her services.

Today, I got such a great haircut by Tasha that my girlfriend decided to get hers done, and all I can is she's the M.V.P of the M.V.P'S. I highly recommend your next haircut to be by her so go and see her. Peace out.

In the past I have had great cuts and zero problems. Today I walked in and entered my phone number and a white lady signed me in and the wait was supposed to be close to 50 minutes. The other hairdresser who was a black lady and the only reason I bring race into this is because I did not catch anybody’s name told me that it won’t take long and I waited close to an hour after signing in and several more people have started to come in and the guy that signed it right ahead of me was almost finished so I was expecting to go next after waiting so long even after they talked me into staying and some how my name was deleted from the list and they wanted me to wait behind another 4 people. So really idk what the problem was and I definitely checked in or at least I stood up there and signed in. J
