Sport Clips Haircuts of Lewis Center

I came here today for a short trim. I have been growing my hair out for almost 5 months and have been enjoying the length. I specially told the person I wanted barely anything off the back, just cut the ends. Instead, 4-5 months of growing my hair out is gone and my hair got chopped in the back. It doesn’t look bad, it’s just not what I wanted or asked for. I am so disappointed in having to grow my hair out again over 4-5 more months. I added a picture of my hair from Tuesday and then three days later when I got my hair cut. The person who cut my hair was very nice but something got lost in translation of what I asked for. I did say something about it being really short after the cut and they said it was wet and would fluff out when it dried. It did not.

Update: According to the store's reply below, the stylist's name was incorrect so I changed that in my review. Even worse, then, considering that when my stylist checked me out she had that incorrect name when she was going to charge me for the basic haircut, before changing it to the service I didn't receive. I'll edit again if there are any more updates. DON'T GO HERE, especially with the UNDER THE INFLUENCE hairstylist, who was slurring her words the entire time and kept poking me with the point of the scissors. I walked in, and she had me check myself in. Then she came over to get me and I said I would like a wash and haircut. She said since it was my first time I would also get a free hot towel too. She sat me down and I thought "okay well maybe they do the wash after, here" even tho

1 star is so much for this place! The worst place with worst customer service!! Will never visit!!! Very disappointed

Pauline does a great job with both of my boys who want to grow their hair out on top and still look polished with a fade on the sides. We will always wait for her to have time for us on her schedule.

Great experience. Staff were very friendly and did a great job on the hair cut.
