The shop is always very clean. All the hair cutters have pleasant to jovial attitudes. They have a variety of different customers. And they always seem to please each one.

Jenna was great! Very professional, attentive, listen to what I asked for and provided me exactly what I wanted. I wish everybody provided as great of service as she does.

There check in system is a joke. I checked in says I had a 36 min wait all the barbers are busy . I notice my name ain't on the board anymore after a good 20 mins and several other people checking in and after mentioning it the solution was do it again back the the end of the line. Deff never coming again

By far the worst experience I have ever had. I have been using this location for years and always walk away feeling good about myself and relaxed... the entire reason I go to Sport Clips. The yong lady who cut my hair asked me repeatedly what I was getting and I explained several times. She then turned me away from the mirror and started cutting so when she went WAY too high with my fade it was too late. Crystal had to come over and try to salvage what was left. (THANK YOU) I normally love my MVP experience, it's the one time about every six weeks I splurge on myself. I didnt even finish my MVP, I had to leave before i got more upset. Now I just feel frustrated instead of relaxed. CHOOSE YOUR STYLIST CAREFULLY!!
