Jennifer was super friendly, shaved my beard and did an amazing job taking me from looking homeless to a 5, and looking professional. We chatted about the area and it made the whole experience so nice. When I’m in Lancaster and need my hair cut or beard trimmed, I’ll be back!
Yesenia at Sport Clips in Lancaster is an Amazing barber.! Always professional, listens to what I want and the cut is perfect every time. Friendly vibe and top-notch.! definitely might go to barber. She's skilled fast and welcoming.
Yesenia skip me after waiting a excessive amount of time. I pick the first available barber. The person show up 45 mins after I was there. The person was never checked in before they arrived. The person had over 70 min wait and I had next available. Due to the unfair treatment I know my business is welcome at this location. I see how I'm treated and won't be returning. Be careful you will be skip at this location due to the barbers playing favorites.
It was our first time at Sport Clips and I took in my 3 boys for haircuts. My oldest son has never had good experience in the past, thankfully Miriam knew exactly what he wanted and she delivered. All my 3 boys looked handsome and I’m happy my son was happy too. Thank you ladies!
1 star only because I can’t select 0 stars. After booking online with a 15 min wait line, I went to the store with still 5 min waiting time on the app and it was 4:40 pm and they told me they are closing soon my appointment is no longer valid. Miriam was very rude and disrespectful
