She’s easy to talk to, really listens, and always makes sure I’m happy with the results. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else!

Good prices for what it’s worth, Patricia was fantastic and helped me understand things about my own hair I’d never have known. She recommended different products and they’ve helped my hair be less dry. The rest of the staff was very welcoming and friendly as well, it’s certainly nice going somewhere people actually enjoy what they do.

I've been twice in the past couple months. The first visit was a great experience. But my visit today was very unsatisfactory. I didn't get a wash, steamed towel treatment or anything extra beyond the trim. I got those things on my first visit but not this time. My stylist, Helen, was rushing. The line-up of people mainly requested her so i guess she felt like she needed to rush and exclude services. She was pulling my hair while she cut and you could tell she was ready to move on as soon as I sat down. There was no attempt to communicate after she asked what I wanted done. The haircut looks fine but some small areas were missed.

I had a great experience here with Tricia. She made me feel comfortable, took her time to make sure I was satisfied and she is easy to talk to. The place is clean and accommodating.
