We took my son to get a haircut & it was not at all what we wanted. His haircut took over an hour, we were so ready to leave. The lady said “he’s getting impatient so this is the result” he is 5, it’s been over an hour of sitting, of course he’s getting impatient, our stylist was clearly new and I told her if she couldn’t do a burst fade, we would be fine with a low fade. She continued to struggle with the burst fade, she did not ask anyone for help, so we were not happy. One of the other stylists eventually jumped in and finished my son’s haircut but we still were not happy. If you guys have newer stylists please inform us prior to the cut so we know it might take a little longer. Jalen left one side of my hair maybe 3/4 inch longer than the other, nicked my ears with the clippers 4 times, and overall seemed like she had no experience cutting hair. Last time Jasmine was great so I thought I would be okay to get a random barber, but maybe not.
