If I could give 0 stars I would! I’m not happy at all. As a past client who has used your services before, I went in to your store with a coupon for a complimentary MVP haircut that was sent to my email especially for me???! Not only did I not get the MVP haircut, I was charged $36.00 plus a tip. The lady who helped me seemed as if she knew nothing about the email deal and completely embarrassed me when I was checking out. She Said to me it’s a 5.00 off coupon ?? That is not what the email said!! (I called to see if the manager could give me a call back to discuss this transaction and experience, and I was told not until Friday. ) I felt like this was a total scam and I will probably not go back.

I’ve been going to Jazy for over five years, even before her time at Sport Clips. My hair is notoriously difficult to cut since it’s straight with double crowns, and I’ve been to many barbers and stylists who struggled with it. Jazy is the only stylist who has been able to cut my hair consistently and perfectly every time. She’s amazing with fades, scissor cuts, and razor work, always clean, sharp, and professional. Her attention to detail and skill with every tool set her apart. Although I no longer live in Hawai‘i, every time I come home to visit, seeing Jazy is always at the top of my list. She is incredibly talented at her craft, and I only wish there were someone on the mainland who could cut my hair as well as she does. Thanks, Jazy! Rich

In visiting the Kapolei location just before 9am, the time they open, I saw that the front door was ajar. Concerned, I leaned in to see if all was well and I was greeted with Aloha and asked to come inside. Surprised by this I walked in and began to have a seat but I was invited to sign in at the kiosk to get the next available appointment. I signed in and again tried to have a seat but I was interrupted and asked to have a seat at the barber chair. Namie introduced three things to me. Herself, A wonderful customer experience and a great looking haircut at her hands. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN. Do not delay any further. You deserve the best.
