I had a wonderful experience at Great Clips! My stylist, Starla, was absolutely fabulous. I came in for a wash and cut, and she did an amazing job — professional, friendly, and attentive. Even though this location seems to market more toward men, I felt completely welcome and cared for as a woman. Starla made sure I was comfortable and left feeling great about my haircut. I’ll definitely be back!

Kari was absolutely amazing!!! She took the time to get to know me, ask discovery questions on what I like and don’t like when it comes to my hair. She always had a smile on her face and really made the experience the best I’ve ever had. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family, and will be going to her exclusively from now on. Starla is by far the best stylist I have ran into with sports clips. I have been going to her for 3 years now and I am never disappointed. She is always very knowledgeable about my hair and different issues I’m having with it. After leaving from getting my haircut I have my confidence back, and feel like a million bucks. Which goes a long ways in the industry I’m in.

We received a text message telling us to head to the store immediately because our stylist was ready. After arriving, we waited 42 additional minutes. During that time, the stylist took another customer who wasn’t even on the waiting list—something several frustrated customers noticed and commented on. When we asked how to leave feedback, we were told the only option was to call Monday–Friday and ask for a manager, which felt like a way to discourage complaints rather than address them. The lack of transparency, organization, and basic customer service was disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

We got in on a timely manner and my experience was wonderful. Everyone greeted me while I came through the door. I would definitely recommend this location.
